Product Return & Refund Policy 

At Laseradvantage.com it is our desire to process returns as quickly as possible. LaserAdvantage.com cannot process a return without first issuing an RMA #. Please DO NOT send products back to us without an RMA #. You will not receive credit for the return. Please email us at support or call us at (800) GETLA99 for an RMA #. Please mention your order # and date of purchase.

In case of a defective product, please email us at support or call us at (800) GETLA99.  Please describe the problem. We can often trouble shoot the problem.  Once verified that the product is indeed defective we will issue an RMA # and will mail or fax you a return shipping label. When the defective is received, we will send you a replacement at no charge.

If requested we will send you an advance replacement product at your option

 

LaserAdvantage,com will bill you for advance replacement products. Once the defective product has been received at our warehouse and tested we will issue a credit. You may also just request a refund, incl. shipping charges for defective products. 

In case of non-defective returns the procedures are the same as for any other return. All non-defective products returned have to be in re-sellable condition, including the packaging and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Non-defective items may be returned within the warranty period. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the return product.
